CELLCYTE X™ - Monitoring of multi-spheroid growth and health

Tumor spheroid heterogeneity is better modeled when multiple structures are monitored in parallel. In this application, the CELLCYTE X™ was used to acquire high-frequency brightfield and fluorescence images of numerous spheroids within the same well, enabling simultaneous assessment of size, morphology, and viability over time. The system’s automation and multiparametric output enhance throughput and insight in 3D cell models.

These findings establish the CELLCYTE X as a high-throughput, detailed imaging platform for comprehensive multi-spheroid analysis.
