UP.SIGHT™ – Fast and Precise Clonal Derivation Double Assurance on a Single instrument Enabled by 3D Well Imaging

Producer’s cell lines must be derive from a single-cell progenitor to ensure consistency, quality, and safety of a therapeutic product.

In this technote, we introduce two innovative capabilities of the UP.SIGHT™. Automated Offset Correction (AOC), which ensures dispensed single cells land near the center of the well, and 3D Well Imaging, which capture images of the single-cell as it travels to the well bottom. It is independent from any bottom-well imaging artifacts such as edge effects. It effectively improves single-cell detection and monoclonality assessment compared to standard methods.
